At Mrithika, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is received in a damaged condition.

Damaged Product Policy

If your order arrives damaged:

• A continuous unpacking video is mandatory, starting before opening the sealed package until the damaged item is clearly shown.
• Claims without a valid unpacking video will not be accepted.
• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and the unpacking video for verification.

If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
